HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. Here’s how we break down our shipping prices:

For the US

    • Most Apparel products are $4.99 for one item + $1.99 per additional item; some selected items with big size (from 3XL) are $6.99 for one item + $2.49 per additional item
    • Hoodies/Zip Hoodie/Sweatshirts All Over Print products are $8.99 per item
    • Mugs are $5.99 for one item + $3.99 per additional item
    • Tumblers are $4.99 per item (Tumblers 20oz are $6.99 per item)
    • Footware products are $6.99 per item
    • Face Masks are $4.99 for one item + $1.99 per additional item

    For International

      HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

      Orders from our store typically ship within 7 to 10 business days. However, due to the Covid 19 pandemic and extremely high demand, it might take 15 ~ 30 business days to ship packages to the United States. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks. Similarly, please expect orders of face masks to be processed up to 15 ~ 30 business days.

      MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.

      Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

      I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.

      If your order has not arrived after 30 business days (domestic) and 45 business days (international), please contact customer service.

      WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MADE A MISTAKE OF MY ORDERS?

      You can update your order (including changing size, color, quantity or shipping address) if your request is submitted within 6 hours after the order is placed with us. Please immediately contact us and our team will gladly resolve all of your concerns!

      CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER? 

      You can cancel an order within six hours of placing it. After that, the order will be sent into production. 

      Please contact us with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.

      We cannot cancel orders once the printing process has begun.

      What type of payments do you accept?

      We accept Visa, Mastercard as well as Paypal.

      When will my card be charged?

      Just after your order has been successfully placed.

      HOW IS QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCESS?

      We work with the top manufacturers who can guarantee the quality of each package by testing and checking everything before sending it to you.

      Based on the known issues and properties of each product, our QA specialists list the criteria we want to test for the product:

      • Product type (shoes / bags / ...)
      • Origin: workshop, testing date...
      • Variant
      • Colors
      • Material - use trial product and describe it
      • Size
      • Use - use trial product and describe it
      • Smell - use trial product and score it

      After that, we put these criteria into the testing form, each element can be scaled on a scale of 1 to 5 (from bad to good) and note.

      Each product needs to pass this testing process and reach the minimum score of 80 before being packed and sent to you.
